Christi P. Davis
Christi P. Davis is the founding attorney of the Law Office of Christi P. Davis, a boutique solo practice focused on family law and estate planning. Christi has built her practice on the principle that legal representation should be personal, compassionate, and rooted in genuine connection. She walks side-by-side with individuals and families who are navigating some of life’s most challenging seasons—whether that’s a divorce, a custody arrangement, or preparing for the future through estate planning.
Known for her ability to balance empathy with assertiveness, Christi is solution-oriented and deeply committed to finding resolutions that make sense for her clients—whether that’s through negotiation, mediation, or litigation. Her background in psychology and dispute resolution gives her a unique lens for understanding the emotional and interpersonal dynamics at play, helping her advocate effectively and fiercely.
Christi is a native of Montgomery, where she resides with her husband, Eric, their two sons, Riley and Asher, and their German Shepherd rescue, Rocky. Outside of her law practice, she stays involved in her community with local outreach and nonprofits, and she is an active volunteer in her children’s school and extracurricular activities. She enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors and on the water, and cheering her boys on in everything they do.
